By purchasing from our online store you agree to the following Shipping policies and agree to the following:

Items will be shipped within 72hrs or as soon as they become available should we be temporarily unavailable. If any shipping delays are expected, we will contact you to let you know. 

Only local delivery is available for fresh produce (Fruits and vegetables and other perishable items. Please check the shipping page from the cart if unsure of the shipping options available to you. 

Shipping available through Canada Post

Delivery Options:

1. Orleans/Cumberland Area (Within 10km of the Farm): 5$ Flat fee
2. Rockland/Sarsfield/Navan/Vars/Clarence Creek (or within 20km of the farm): 10$ Flat fee
3. Gloucester/Beechwood/Vanier Area (or within 25km of the farm): 10$ flat fee
4. Gatineau/Hull/South End and West end (or within 40km from the farm): 20$ flat fee
5. Limoges/Russell/Embrun (or within 30km from the farm: 15$ flat fee

Please note that delivery options are not available if you are more than 40km from the farm (located at 1865 O’Toole Rd) or not listed in the above-mentioned townships other than through Canada Post.

Shipping available through Canada Post for non-perishable items throughout Canada and the United States.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1865 O'Toole Rd, Cumberland (Ottawa), ON, K4C 1N2

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged.
